Producer Shawty Redd has been charged with murder. He was arrested Friday morning (1.1.09). Shawty Redd allegedly shot 35 year old Damon A. Martin in an argument at Shawty Redd's house in Georgia. The producer is being held without bond in Atlanta. His court date is scheduled for January 12th.
Apparently the police don't know if Shawty Redd has a lawyer...
A music producer...with no definite lawyer...
